Kawaguchi Nature Park
During the Edo period, there was a large marshland in the area called Minuma, which was reclaimed and converted into rice fields. This is why the area is referred to as the Minuma Rice Paddies.
Located at the southern edge of the rice fields, the park is also known as a spot for bird watching. Many people enjoy fishing in the park's ponds, and it is also a great place for catching insects.
