Former Tanaka Family Residence
Built during the Taisho era, it is one of the most authentic Western-style houses in the prefecture. As the residence of a wealthy family that amassed its fortune in the miso brewing and lumber trading industries, the estate consists not only of a Western-style mansion, but also a traditional Japanese house, a tea room, and a Japanese garden, among other features.
